Moira Egan will be reading her work together with Clare Azzopardi, Antoine Cassar, Maria Grech Ganado, Adrian Grima, and others. The general public is welcome to attend. Entrance is free.

Moira Egan reads her poetry at Café Deux BaronnesAn evening of poetry and conviviality this Thursday 3 August at 8.00pm with Moira Egan Admission Free
Moira Egan is currently enjoying a six-week sabbatical in Malta as an exchange visiting artist from the Virginia Centre for Creative Arts. She is currently working on her first novel.
This evening will be an opportunity to listen to some of her works which have received much praise, particularly in the American Press
Moira Egan's poems have appeared in many journals including POETRY, American Letters & Commentary, Boulevard and The Laurel Review, and in anthologies Kindled Terraces, American Poets in Greece and Lofty Dogmas: Poets in Poetics. She has an M.F.A. from Columbia University, where James Merrill chose her manuscript for the Austin Prize. A Pushcart Prize Nominee, she directs the creative writing programme in a public high school in Baltimore.
